What we process
We process account identifiers, plan and billing status, URLs you choose to scan, extracted Terms of Service text, analysis results, monitoring subscriptions, and usage counters to provide the service. Scan content is used for the analysis you request and is not included in operational error telemetry.
Error and performance telemetry
We use Sentry to diagnose failures and performance problems. Default PII collection is disabled. Before an event leaves the app, we remove users, authorization headers, cookies, request bodies, raw Terms text, API keys, email addresses, Clerk identifiers, and URL query strings. Sentry telemetry is retained for no longer than 30 days.
Retention and deletion
Product records remain while your account is active or as needed to provide features you enable, such as scan history and monitoring. You can delete scans in the product and may contact us to request account deletion. Billing and security records may be retained where required by law or necessary to prevent abuse.
Service providers
Clerk provides authentication, Supabase stores application data, Stripe processes payments, configured AI providers perform requested analysis, Cloudflare hosts the application, and Sentry receives scrubbed operational telemetry. We share only the information needed for each provider to perform that function.
